I ordered 9 of these ATDEC Dual Vertical Mounts and all of arrived intact, all parts complete. Installation is very simple and straightforward. I mounted 17″ and 22″ Monitors to them, they are very stable and have excellent adjustability. Although the base does take a small more space than I would want it to, I know it is a necessary component for stability. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product, the workmanship and quality are fantastic and I highly recommend it.
